Relaxing the Rules:
Georgia, Oklahoma, Alaska and South Carolina have already allowed some businesses to reopen. Others, such as Tennessee, will allow restaurants to open from today.

The New York Times
looks into how restaurants will manage reopening for dine-in service, with strict new health and safety measures.
While there's still no set rules, the National Restaurant Association released a Covid-19 reopening guide with suggestions such as removing lemons and unwrapped straws from self service drink stations, and discarding paper menus after each customer use.
Many restaurants are looking to Asia for examples, citing measures taken by restaurants in Hong Kong. These include table separators, mandatory temperature checks and getting customers to use a freshly sterilised pen to sign a health declaration form.
